Discuss a requirement.
Whether you are resourcing a programme office, closing a supportability gap, or weighing an acquisition decision — put it in front of people who have delivered it. Every enquiry that reaches Victory Consulting is read and answered by a principal consultant, not a gatekeeper.
The same applies to experienced engineers and project managers considering associate work: introduce yourself through the form below or write to us directly, and your details will be handled by the people you would actually work alongside.

Acknowledgement
Your enquiry is acknowledged within one working day, by the contact method you have indicated.
The initial call
A principal consultant discusses the requirement with you directly — scope, constraints, clearance considerations, and whether we are the right fit. If we are not, we will say so.
The follow-up
For client requirements, a scoped proposal setting out the resource, the work package, and the terms. For prospective associates, registration of your details and a conversation about current and forthcoming assignments.
No obligation attaches to any stage before agreement of terms.

Based in Worthing. Delivered where the programme is.
Victory Consulting works from Worthing on the West Sussex coast — within reach of London, Portsmouth and the defence-industrial estate of the south of England. The work itself is delivered where it is needed: at client sites, MoD establishments and industry facilities across the UK, or remotely where the task allows.
Meetings are held at your site or ours, as the sensitivity of the discussion requires.
